Volunteer Opportunities

We love volunteers!! If you love interacting with children and families, and can make a commitment, the Museum has possibilities in the following areas:

  • Paper Making
Teach visitors to make paper, share its significance in Holyoke’s history, and help run one of our most popular hands on exhibits.
  • Museum Guide
Guide visitors in interacting with exhibits, highlight important educational topics.
  • Birthday Party Buddy
Help set up for parties, and attend to guests needs.
  • Arts and Crafts
Volunteers are always needed to help with a daily craft project. We provide all the supplies but welcome new ideas.

You might have a talent you’d like to share that is not on this list, so please give us a call. For more information, please contact Juli Colón at 4135367048 ext. 101 or jcolon@childrensmuseumholyoke.org.
