Volunteer
Internships
Do you love children, want to share your skills and learn some new ones then join us
and make a difference in the lives of children! Come volunteer at one of the Western
Massachusetts favorite spots for children and families. The Children's Museum at
Holyoke is always looking for enthusiastic, creative individuals who could join us
a few hours a week, once a month or for special events — we accommodate your
schedule!
Openings include:
- Paper
Making Teacher
Teach visitors to make paper, share its significance in Holyoke's history, and
help run one of our most popular handsĀon exhibits
- Docents
Guide visitors in interacting with exhibits, highlight
important educational topics
- Birthday
Party Buddy
Help set up for parties, and attend to guest needs
- Science and Art Workshops
- Volunteer Recruiting
Help us expand our pool of talent.

Internships
Fall,
Winter, & Spring
Looking for a few good INTERNS or COMMUNITY SERVICE STUDENTS!!! Are you
creative, energetic, love kids, working on your bachelors or masters? Do you want
to make a difference, share your skills, learn new ones, in a flexible, dynamic place… then spend the semester or the year at the
Children’s Museum at Holyoke. WORK STUDY options are
also available with several of the local colleges.
We're dynamic, interactive and have something for everyone, and that means
YOU!!!!
