Willow’s Bend Creative Reading

Willow’s Bend Creative Reading Come join us at the
Children's Museum at Holyoke for a wonderful, inspiring
story about friendship on Friday April 25th at 11 am.
Willow’s
Bend, by Kat Michaels, is a fun and uplifting story about
uniqueness that will teach our young guests that it is ok
to be different. The colorful illustrations and memorable
characters will make this exciting for the whole family!
Following
the story, guests are invited to trace each other and depict
basic characteristics highlighting the differences between
each person.

Make
Your Own Sock Puppet
On Saturday, April 26th at 11:30 am, guests of the Children's
Museum at Holyoke are invited to make their very own sock
puppets! All materials will be provided for a fun filled
day engaging your child’s imagination.
After
the puppets are completed, the young guests will be able
to display their creations in the newly renovated theater
located in the museum! A puppet theater display will be
available for the young guests to show off their imaginative
stories using their puppets!

us to create hand-painted necklaces meant to symbolize our
courage and fearlessness!
